View from Mt. Archer, Queensland
Mt. Archer National Park is 522 kilometres northwest of Brisbane. It's the backdrop of the city of Rockhampton which marks the start of Tropical Queensland.

ReplyDeleteShould imagine there would be birds galore further in the bush - we didn't see any that I recall but then we didn't go walking too far.

ReplyDeleteWe did sit there for awhile, there appeared to be a restaurant there but it was closed, maybe it only opens in summer.

It is a wonderful view, would have been much improved if it was clearer but we get the idea of how nice it is.
DeleteWhat a view! It's a nice little set up, with paths and a sheltered barbeque.
ReplyDeleteLots of walks in that area for those that want to, many cars were there and people returning late in the afternoon when we were there after their long walks.
