Freycinet National Park

These captures were taken at Freycinet National Park on the East Coast of Tasmania.
The hills or Mountains are called the Three Hazards.
Behind the Hazards is Wine Glass Bay, the Bay being the shape of a wine glass.  It's quite a walk and lots of stairs to see the view and no road into it.  To stand on the beach you go by boat.
The photo is borrowed.

The town near here is called Coles Bay and it was the first place in the WORLD to BAN plastic shopping bags in April 2003.

In and around Swansea

Swansea on the east coast of Tasmania has a few lovely beaches.  The first photo is the one behind the caravan park.  There is a bit of sand there but it can't be seen.
The view is of what is called The Hazards in the distance at Freycinet National Park.
The bay is called Great Oyster Bay.

Jo-Anne has written a little about Tasmania [ here ], you might find it interesting.

A graveyard that look out to the sea. Below is a guest house or was.
