Tropical Forest, Cairns. Queensland.

Tropical Forest near Lake Morris, Cairns. Queensland.
Post below.


Taken whilst the car was moving, so not totally sharp.
Tree ferns, tops are same as we have in our rain forest in Tasmania.




This one was taken near the Cafe

  3. Looks a bit like Tampa. Except don't you have some hills down that way? Flat as a pancake here.

  11. I love tropical rain forests, the lush greenery, the brilliant splash of an occasional flower. So beautiful. Heaven for me would be a house on a cliff with a rain forest behind and an ocean in front.

    Rain forests are dream destinations for me as we do not have any near to us .But through your brilliant photos i can feel the freshness of breeze and delight of senses !

  17. Wonderful photos, Margaret, both on this post and your previous post. And the tree ferns are stunning...I love tree ferns. We had a three of them around our house when my ex and I lived at Sunshine Beach.
