Friendly Beaches, Tasmania

Friendly Beaches are a long expanse of beaches on the  East Coast of Tasmania, you need a parks pass to enter the area to get to the beaches.  The sand is silky, pleasant to visit on a lovely day.
I've shown this area before about a couple of years ago but in a different area of the Beaches.

  1. Esa arena, es la que apetece pasear por ella, con los pies descalzos.

  5. Very beautiful. You wonder how much of that will disappear under water with sea level rise.

    1. Maybe we won't be around to know! I recall being taught at school some years ago that the sea would end up covering certain areas of this world, don't know where the teaches got that from though.

  6. Nice pictures of beaches, also the hills are nice to see.
The Netherlands is completely flat, except in the extreme south of the country.

    1. So many of us love the beach. Here on the Island we are no more than 250km away from the beach when in the middle of the Island...interesting.

  17. Che posto fantastico, ci credo che ci voglia un pass per entrare. Troppa gente tutta insieme potrebbe rovinarle.

    1. Yes you need a pass to get into Friendly Beaches as surrounding areas have protected species growing along with animals. Even is you didn't need a pass not that many people would be on the beach at one time as Tasmanian beaches don't have too many people even in the summer. It's hot and warm enough it's just that so many don't visit any beach.
