A bit of scenery looking over Devil's Corner Winery towards Cole's Bay, Tasmania Australia down the East Coast of the Island, Tasmania, Australia.
Devil's Corner a Winery down the East Coast of Tasmania, above after, below is before the vines grew.
The photo below was taken on a corner which you can no longer stop and take a photo you have to venture down to the winery to take photos.
Below we have a few photos of Bicheno and it's scenery along with the Tasman Sea. The blow hole is the last photo, can never get a good shot of the water spouting up but it's like all blowhole, sometimes spectacular.
Beautiful flowers in your blog header. I like the scenery and I have never seen a blow hole.
ReplyDeleteThank you Nancy. A blowhole is an amazing thing to see and of course one need not to get too close as you will get wet, especially if the sea is rough.
DeleteWonderful photo's. Beautiful scenery. Great share.
ReplyDeleteSandy's Space
Thanks Sandy.
DeleteMargaret, I had to look up blowhole in the dictionary and it seems to be forceful spouting.
ReplyDeleteThere you can clearly see the water outlet, it must be another of the spectacles that nature offers us.
So I guess you haven't seen a blowhole and here is me thinking most people would have seen one. Isn't nature just wonderful.
DeleteIt looks otherwordly from this far away.
ReplyDeleteIf you have never seen one I can understand it looks otherwordly.

DeleteSimply gorgeous. And yes, blowholes ARE difficult to photograph well.
ReplyDeleteI think it needs to be a rough day for the sea, bathers on and a waterproof camera, or great zoom lens probably ideal to take a snap.
DeleteThe view fronm Devil's Corner Winery across to those blue mountains is spectactular - I think that you captured the blow hole very well.
