Wattle

We went for a short drive on Sunday when the weather wasn't the best, drizzly rain on and off.  Came upon some wattle so took a couple of different varieties with my phone in normal shooting mode and portrait mode. I guess it's rather easy to choose which is which.

I just love wattle.

  6. Pleasant looking wattle tree. They look freshly grown. The wet walk in the bush is not really pleasant at this present time

    1. The trees have been there for awhile as in several years, nothing like putting your foot down in the bush and out each side of the foot comes water :)

  10. Portrait mode is fun. Easy to edit too, you can change the amount of blur. I love wattle.

    1. Oh yes, it's good have portrait mode on phone and I didn't need to change to blur or other features the phone offers, just left it as it was :) Sometimes the phone take a better photo than the expensive Canon or my Nikon.

    2. I agree. When editing Portrait photos in Apple photos on my MacBook you can adjust how much blur you want. You don't need any other edit program but Its a bit different on the phone.

  13. One of my signature memories of two visits to Australia is the ubiquitous wattle and the birds it attracts. I can picture it now.

  18. The Wattle are so beautiful and they smell so good, whenever I see them I remember my childhood, because in my grandfather's house there were several.
The photos were fantastic, both in portrait and normal shooting mode.
