As all the gardens, this one gives us a sense of well-being.Thanks for showing it to us.: )
You are welcome. :)
We have a Mackay Bay about ten minutes from the house. A nice hiking trail surrounds it. (It was a bit of a mess the last time I was there...a hurricane had just hit us a few weeks previously)
Often find the same name in different countries - wonder how your Mackay Bay is pronounced! I can only imagine the mess after the cyclone as we too up north had a cyclone this year.
Just beautiful. I love the leaves etched in the concrete? too.
Something different to see, someone was artistic :)
Buenas plantas, para contemplar mientras se pasea. En estos jardines es donde podemos admirar gran variedad de plantas.Besos
Lovely plants and good to see what grows in that area.
Lovely photographs again, and I especially like the etched leaves. All the best Jan
Thanks. The leaves in the cement was different, can't see I've seen it before.
Spend more time there - there is lots to learn and enjoy!
There is a lot to see in Mackay, more than one realises on the first visit years ago - each time we stay we find something different to visit.
What is that gorgeous yellow flower at the end?I like the concrete slab with the leaf and seed head designs.
That concrete was rather unique, looked good in reality. Haven't a clue what that yellow flower is called, husband said it looks familiar but he too can't recall what it's called.
Beautiful picture of the beautiful sunny day..
exotic and beautiful!
They are indeed Sussi.
Your photos have caught the beautiful sunshine.
Yes they did, was a beautiful warm sunny day.
Such beautiful photos
Superb nature images.
The lighting and the colours in the last photo are impressive.
That's what caught my eye too.
It's getting colder here in Virginia USA.
This is lovely garden. It's always interesting to watch all these flowers and green in your place when we have cold and snow. The leaves in the cement is nice idea.Australia is a huge continent and there is many so different and beautiful places as I have been able to see in your photos, thanks for sharing. Now I watched many your previous posts.By the way, I like your header a lot.
Thank you, and you are most welcome. As you find my country interesting I find yours interesting through your photos. Such different climates - opposite :)The header I made myself.

Thank you, Merry Christmas to you too.
In response to this post and your previous two Mackay posts...again, Mackay was part of my past stomping grounds. And after all the times I've been to Mackay...even working for a brief while there, managing a motel on Nebo Road....I never got to visit the Botanical Gardens.Great photos, Margaret....thanks for sharing. :)
You are welcome Lee.
