Autumn tree in City Park, Launceston, Tasmania. It's an Oak tree and all the trees in the park have been planted and some are native to Australia.
Play area and water fountain. I used to bring my children here to play years ago and not much has changed just renovations.
The City Park has several entrances which are locked at sunset, open sunrise I believe, this is one entrance.
A beautifully colored tree.
ReplyDeleteSo nice!!
ReplyDeleteA pleasant place to spend a couple of hours.
ReplyDeleteI love oak trees especially when they are allowed to grow to full size and have so much shade for people to sit under and the autumn displays are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful tree 🌳 and that is a unique water 💧 fountain. Lovely photos, Margaret.
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful it is! Right now, in front of my house, there is a ginkgo biloba tree that is losing its yellow leaves, covering the ground with that color.
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful the trees look!

ReplyDeleteLovely photographs of the tree, and the park looks a nice place to visit.

It looks lovely. It is sad that they lock the parks at night though. A sign of our times.
