Family Picnic

On Sunday all the family = our sons, wives and their children came to my late dads house to collect the items that I said they could have.  Not all the grandchildren are in these photos. We had a family picnic in the house with lots of laughs and lovely memories.

The little boy is 2, he is the one I delivered on the highway in Queensland just over 2 years ago. This family of 5 are the ones that are living with us for the time being.

The other daughter in law's baby is due in November, something we are all looking forward to.

  3. It is a blessing that you have family closeby to share these times with you. It is difficult to go through our loved ones' belongings. How exciting to be expecting a new baby soon.

  4. I remember your granddaughter with the red hair. When I was younger my hair was pretty red but not as vibrant. My brother was pure blonde with curls. But as we got older our hair was similar, straight and some shade of brown. Weird how that works out.

    1. Pretty colour Adam. Yes, amazing how hair changes colour, her father had similar coloured hair and now he's got black hair...
