A change from the Outback to some flowers for today's post. I hope you enjoy.
Here is a [ link ] to the Wreath Flowers I photographed and posted in 2013, certainly worth looking at as they are a very different plant and only found is one place which is Western Australia.
A small collection of flowers from Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Victoria, and Tasmania.
Above the Sturt's Desert Pea from Western Australia and below the Clivia from Queensland.
Above is Eucalyptus flower in South Australia and Wattle also from South Australia.
Gazanias growing wild in the State of Victoria in a town.
Excelentes fotografias destas belas flores, gostei de ver.

Thanks. They are all beautiful.
DeleteAll very beautiful! Thank you for sharing them Margaret :)
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome Denise and thank you.
DeleteI know all of the flowers apart from the Sturt's Desert Pea which is very unusual and also attractive. I gave a Clivia plant in a pot in my bedroom, and Wattle trees are known as Mimosa trees here.
ReplyDeleteInteresting what wattle trees are called in England.
DeleteThe Sturt's Desert Pea is a beautiful plant which grows close to the earth, one has to get on the knees to photograph it.
They are so beautiful! The colours are just amazing.
ReplyDeleteYes they are Angie.
DeleteBeautiful, beautiful things. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteYou are welcome EC. Flowers in my opinion often brightens ones day :)
DeleteSome beautiful images grow around here as the climate is similar to here. It strikes me that gazanias grow wild, here we have to buy them if we want to have them in our garden.
ReplyDeleteOnly gazanias in that particular area were growing wild so to speak, I presume someone hadn't done their gardening.
DeleteGorgeous flowers! A sheer delight to the eyes!
ReplyDeleteThanks Duta, I'm pleased you liked seeing them.

ReplyDeleteYes, real flowers.
DeleteOh the wattle, so many different varieties.
ReplyDeleteI have never see the first red flowers. It's very interesting. Thanks for showing cherry blossoms to us in autumn.
ReplyDeleteIt's a very pretty colour and more attractive if clustered in one area rather than scattered all over the place.
DeleteNice collection, the flowers I love to have on my terrace, depending on the time of year and are beautiful and inspiring.
