Agnus Water is just a stones throw from 1770.
The beach is beautiful with sand ever so soft on the feet.
The Office as you come in the gate and our caravan parked on half sand, half dirt.
Accommodation above, and part of the beach below.
A street above and below gateway to a house.
Caravans packed in like sardines............now that doesn’t sound very appealing.
ReplyDeleteIt does, don't it!
DeleteWell there were with just enough room for a little bit of privacy.
Popular places in Winter are like that though.
No me extraña tanta afluencia de gentes, tratàndose de un hermoso lugar.
ReplyDeleteBesos
It was a good beach.
DeleteThis is a nice place!!! Hardly anyone on the beach. The way I like it sometimes! : )
ReplyDeleteI don't think that many people went to lay on the beach, probably only for a short time if not a windy day.
DeleteThat is one crowded beach.
ReplyDeletePacked :)
DeleteLovely place though! I know you were glad to get in!
ReplyDeleteWe were pleased that we could stay and see what all the fuss was about.
DeleteWe even got waves from everyone when we left :) friendly folk.
I've never seen anything like the beach cabin on stilt accommodation.
ReplyDeleteWe hadn't either until then. Different and a good view.
DeleteAn invasion of the NOMADS eh?
ReplyDeleteThe beach looks good - however where are the NOMADS????
Cheers
Colin
PS: Lovely soaking rain here - 2 days now.........and pretty much state wide.
I should think the farming community are jumping hoops!
Yes and no regarding the Nomads, lots of young ones there too.
DeleteWe had a rain but it was very light for a couple of days, other areas it was heavier.
Oh so nice
ReplyDeleteIt's lovely really Jo-Anne.
Deletevery nice place to visit..
ReplyDeleteIt was.
DeleteGreat Grand place to relax
ReplyDeleteWas and is a good place to relax and make new friends.
Deletei think that warm weather is reason for the packed water park .
ReplyDeletei liked the all images but huts above look amazing as view must be better from height
The warmth of winter in northern Australia is one of the reasons people go there to escape the cool months.
DeleteBeautiful weather, and shifting sands, thanks for everything.
ReplyDelete:) You are welcome.
DeleteThat's a very nice driveway to that house, I like the symmetry of the plantings.
ReplyDeleteDriveway is nice many of them were not like that at all as you can imagine.
DeleteHow relaxing it would be to go to sleep listening to the surf in one of those beach cottages!
ReplyDeleteWe could hear the surf and sea where we were as the caravan was only a few steps from the beach.
DeleteLovely idyllic spot and how lucky indeed that you were able to stay there for the night!
ReplyDeleteLucky indeed and pleased we booked to stay there other wise we may have had to move on.
DeleteI think that this is a great place to relax!!
ReplyDeleteFantastic photos !
Greetings
Thanks Ela.
DeleteMy comment is similar to that of mine in your previous post. :)
ReplyDeleteI must say the beach looked very inviting.
ReplyDeleteA beautiful part of QLD but aren't there stingers in the ocean, like deadly ones.?
