A couple of flowers taken at 'Left of Field' on my walk about.
On the way into Mt. Field National Park where you can park your caravan or pitch a tent for a small fee. Toilets and showers are provided but only a couple of powered sites available.
A view over the river from the bridge. The distance to Mt. Field itself is not too far but we didn't venture up there, not this time.
On our way back to New Norfolk the time before we called into the Strawberry/Rasbperry farm.
I like parks with lakes, rivers...
ReplyDeleteIn the stillness of the night you can hear the river along with the Tasmanian Devils screeching in that area.
DeleteWhat a beautiful park and the river is close by.
ReplyDeleteYes it is and can hear the river in the still of the night.
DeleteBeautiful.
ReplyDeleteA raspberry farm? I would find that very hard to go past. I think they are my favourite berry.
Love berries, eat strawberries every night nearly :) Raspberries in summer, just love them.
DeleteOh, strawberries, rasberries, blueberries - they are packed with nutrients and anti- oxidants. I'm a great lover of all kinds of berries.
ReplyDeleteSame here, I eat strawberries every night giving them a rest once in awhile, raspberries in the summer..
DeleteThe weir is good. I enjoy watching the water flow over the edges.
ReplyDeleteWeirs are interesting and I too like to watch the water flow over them, something fascinating about water.
DeleteLovely flowers and the weir and river is very pretty too.
ReplyDeleteNice in that spot Rosie, just a short walk from the caravan park.
