Anything for a laugh and Flowers.

One of my sons put an App on my phone and did this comic photo of me and my husband's Great Grandchild - original photo taken September 2025.  I couldn't help but share it as I'm sure it will cause a laugh!  :) I love it.

Geraniums perennial ones, photo taken March.

Hydrangeas in the garden taken in March.

I've forgotten the above plants name!

  7. Margaret, in another time it was said that in the house where there were hydrangeas, the young woman of the house would not get a boyfriend. Congratulations to your son on the caricature of the grandmother and the grandson

  12. Babies' bright, wide eyes are the centre of their good looks in any case. Cartoons only exaggerate them slightly :)

    1. Indeed they do exaggerate but it's a lovely exaggeration, Hels.

    1. I'm glad I'm not the only one, even B forgot the name of it and he was a Nurseryman and a Horticulturalist. Time away from names of plants and we forget them.
Glad you like the photo :) I will do that R, print it out.

  18. That sounds absolutely wonderful 😊✨

There’s something really heartwarming about turning a real family photo into something playful and funny like that—especially when it involves multiple generations. Those kinds of moments carry both love and humor at the same time, which makes them even more memorable.

And honestly, the fact that your son surprised you with the app edit just adds to the charm 😂💛 It’s the kind of thing that becomes a little family keepsake in itself.

Also, pairing “flowers” with a laugh feels perfect—soft, joyful, and full of life 🌸😊

It’s lovely that you shared it; those light, happy moments are often the ones people enjoy the most.

  21. Bonita foto sobre todo cuando nos sacan con los nietos y nietas, esa cara que se nos pone es de felicidad y como decimos por aquí se nos cae la baba con ellos.

It's sometimes a little difficult to remember that the season are the opposite. It's still lovely weather here and it's 23 deg C at the moment in autumn.

Oh it's good to have them then Bill. Time just flies when you get over a certain age, and when a small child/teenager it takes forever to go.
