Family! the Look!

A post from home - Tasmania.

Recently the youngest grandchild was Baptised or Christened after Sunday Mass.  This just 1 year old little one is named after my late dad :)

Eldest son, his wife and two children. The little granddaughter is aged 3.

  1. It is nice that he has been named after your Dad - both grandchildren look lovely - is the little girl the one that you helped deliver?

    1. I only found out they had named their son after my late dad about 6 months ago, they presumed I knew :)
No, that is not the grandchild I did deliver, it was my youngest sons, son and he is aged 3 too.

    1. It was a surprise when I found out, but a lovely one. The little girl, her name is same as my husbands late mothers second name. They named her not knowing that,l

  3. Nice for them to name him after your dad. I plan on doing a similar thing. My dad died about 20 years ago. His name was Robert but he went by Robin. I was thinking if I have a girl I'll name her Robyn. My paternal uncle did the same thing with his daughter, my grandfather was named Blair so her name was Blair but her name doesn't have an extra e on it though.
