Before leaving Tasmania, Australia the spring wattle was blooming and I didn't get the opportunity to take a photo of it, but on the drive up to Queensland I did.
I had no idea these insects were on the wattle when I took the shot.
Hello Jane and Lance, It's a brilliant colour is yellow. When in bloom it does make a pretty site amongst the other trees in the bush or on the side of the road when walking through or traveling. You don't often see a great mass of colour. Regards, Margaret.
