Devil's Corner is on the East Coast of Tamania. It's a Vineyard with lookout looking towards Cole's Bay. There is a restaurant which provides good meals and an ideal stop over on the journey to Hobart or north bound to Launceston.
I personally have no idea, looked it up but can't find the answer. So at a guess it might be because of the Tasmania Devil and the vineyard is on a corner.
Beautiful photos! I think I have passed through this shop Devil's Corner. My friend who was a driver always wanted to buy something to quench his thirst.
What a name. : )
ReplyDeleteNice views.
Interesting name. Lovely view for sure.
DeleteWhy is it called Devil's Corner?

We often come across these tree lines along the road but not plentiful these days in case a limb falls on a car or the road.
