Windemere, Tasmania, Australia

More photos from down Windermere way and the Tamar River you always get a good view on a still day.

  1. The first thing that caught my attention was the fact that this was posted on October 22nd and it is only the 21st here! Those water scenes look so peaceful. There is something about boats resting on the water that is just soothing.

    1. Time difference sure does make a difference at times. Australia is ahead in time and New Zealand is ahead in time to Australia. I guess you know that anyway.
It was a very calm late afternoon when I took they photos at the end of our winter. It was peaceful and I could have stood there for hours looking at the boats turning with the tide.

  8. In a couple of the photos there barely seems to be any water movement at all. It must have been so calm.
