Parked by the Richmond River at a Caravan Park in Ballina, Queensland. The river was just across the road, people fishing, some watching the sun-setting.
Each of the first 3 photos were taken each night we stayed there.
Now Ballina is another "kettle of fish". Excellent accommodation available in motels, and superb clubs and pubs and really great sea food. Quite a booming large town......I reckon ready for city status soon. Also has an airport with connections to Sydney and Brisbane and other rural towns. You certainly good excellent and promotional photos of Ballina. The "city fathers" would be very happy with your promotional coverage. Cheers Colin
You can not beat sun sets
ReplyDeleteAlways different.
DeleteMargaret it is another fantastic place with great views. Travel safely
ReplyDeleteThanks Gosia
DeleteLove those reflected sunsets. A really, really pretty area.
ReplyDeleteIt was one of the nicest areas we visited.
DeleteThe clouds and sunset photos are so beautiful. The first one is my favorite because the cloud formation is so unusual.
ReplyDeleteIt's a very different sunset with that cloud.
DeleteSuch lovely photos
ReplyDeleteThanks Jo-Anne
DeleteSome of the prettiest pictures ever! I love them all!
ReplyDeleteThank you Mildred :)
DeleteGreat sunset photos. I would imagine people often mispronounce Ballina if they have never heard it said.
ReplyDeleteThanks Andrew. I'm sure people would pronounce incorrectly as they/we do of so many places within Australia.
DeleteI know i have.
That first one is WONDERFUL! Good stuff!
ReplyDeleteThanks Bill..
