Couldn't resist!

Whilst in Cairns we headed to a dam and on the way I took this photo plus several more on the way which will come later.

filter 'Porcelain' above and normal photo below.

The photo below was taken in the caravan park one time after it rained, just love that leaf.

    1. I prefer the normal photo for the trees, porcelain is alright for a change though.

  4. I think I'd vote for the "normal" in this case--- But the important thing is for you to have fun and use the tools that let you show what you want. Editing tools are no different than a painter's tools-- brushes, spatulas, knives, etc.

    1. I'm with you on the normal this time...but had to show the two so we all had something to compare.
Yes, editing is what we each prefer and we are all different.

  6. Winding road for sure. Looks a bit like the road up to the Atherton Tablelands
and the Barron River Falls. ????
The rail trip up is fantastic and then the cable car trip back - you need good nerves for that one, but it is so spectacular. The views of the city of Cairns and the surrounds, plus the view out towards the reef. To be seen to be really appreciated.
I presume you have on your travels up there done the train / cable car combo?
    Cheers

    1. Neither of those places Colin, it was the road to Morris Lake but all are windy.
Didn't go on the cable but we went up in our vehicle which we preferred to do. Plenty of lovely views to be seen up those windy roads.

Well you certainly have got things in order then!

  9. It is beautiful, the road that leads, to the park.

The plant is full of life.
