Just some Wildflowers growing on the side of the road/Highway in Western Australia, there were just masses of them. Apparently in 2015 it wasn't a good year for the Wildflowers. I have shown the 2nd photo before but seeing as I found the Sturt Desert Pea photo of the mass growing of them decided to show again.
Those wild flowers are really pretty. The 2nd photo is my favourite.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flowers Angie and a delight to see.
DeleteMargaret, ¡What beautiful flowers are on the side of the reel! There are none around here despite the fact that Argentina is at the same latitude as Australia.
ReplyDeleteAn affectionate greeting to you
Oh there are plenty wild flowers in Western Australia - it seems strange Argentina doesn't have some wild flowers similar..
DeleteBeautiful flowers. I like a lot this post because I can see flowers that are not around here.
ReplyDeleteSo many flowers in this world and it's hard to believe that many countries only can grow certain types/kinds of flowers and other countries can grow the same.
DeleteI love the vibrant colour of the Sturt Desert Pea flower - the brilliant red looks fantastic when it is contrasted with the black.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flower Rosemary and from memories there are two colours in the middle, some with a lighter colour in the middle and I do believe in some areas of Australia the Sturt Desert Pea mutates with colours of white, pink and yellow some years only...interesting.
DeleteСвайнсона прекрасная — вид австралийских растений из рода свайнсона, просто великолепна. А у неё есть аромат?
ReplyDeleteI didn't smell any perfume from any of the plants..
DeleteI do hope that blogger has relented and allows me to comment this time. I really like your new header with the acquilegias.
ReplyDeleteI would love to see Western Australia's wild flowers. Years ago one of my sisters in law took a trip to our Red Centre after rare rainfall. She was disappointed??? to see it covered in blooms because it didn't meet her expectations. I was and am flabberghasted at her reaction.
It seems as if blogger is ok for embedded then EC. I have been just having the popup window but then changed it back to embedded and forgot to put it bac to popup window, so yes, embedded for you is working on my blog..
DeleteWell the Red Centre is amazing and beautiful with rain or without it, and it's amazing what is dormant for a long time till it rains. Never been to the Rock when it's rained or after.
Beautiful flowers, my favorite is the Purple Mulla Mulla.
ReplyDeleteThey are Bill and the Purple Mulla Mulla scattered about do look lovely.
DeleteSon preciosos los colores de las flores y alegran el campo con esas pinceladas de color.
ReplyDeleteBesos
They sure do add colour to the landscape, nice contrast against the reddish brown soil.
DeleteWe were in Western Australia at the wrong time of the year to see wildflowers. It is a pity as they all look so wonderful. Sturt desert peas are fascinating.
ReplyDeleteHard sometimes to get there when the flowers are in bloom as it's not exactly the same time each year.. That Sturt Desert Pea is one of my favourite to see in the outback, they are rather small and not always easy to spot unless you come across of mass of them.
DeleteSuch beautiful flowers
ReplyDeleteThanks Jo-Anne.
DeleteThe natural beauty of Nature....
ReplyDeleteIndeed Lee, it certainly has some surprises.
DeleteПриветствую, Маргарет!Все эти цветы красивы! Это полевые цветы? Никто за ними не ухаживает? Не поливает? Видимо, климат для них очень хорош, они растут в природе.
ReplyDeleteThey are totally wild flowers, they are not looked after by anyone at all. They grow in the outback and isolated areas within Australia in some areas. The only water they get is natures water from the sky.
DeleteUp close, these wild flowers are very pretty and unique. Have a good day.
ReplyDeleteThanks Nancy.

DeleteBellissimmi fiori, tanta varietà di colori che li rendono unici, ciao Margaret una buona serata, un abbraccio Angelo.
ReplyDeleteThey are beautiful flowers both in cour and their blooms, nature is an amazing thing.
DeleteThat's how I like them - in the soil, in nature, watered mainly by the rain.
ReplyDeleteI don't like to pick them up and put them in a vase, where they die after a few days.
Natural and nice Duta. I wouldn't put these flowers inside in a vase of water but I have put other flowers that grown in my garden in vase.
DeleteVery beautiful and interesting those flora, that part of the land covered with vegetation as they grow and how they are cultivated alone adapting to the natural environment.
ReplyDeleteHappy weekend.
