It is a nice small city Colin. I take many photos for things are always changing and it's good to look back to see how things were.
DeleteThe park looks very nice. I don't recall seeing it and had to check where it is located. Such a shame so few people now grow dahlias.
ReplyDeleteIt's very close to the city, within walking distance. Always they grow dahlias each year there, and one of our friends used to grow them, he often used to bring me a bunch, but I agree, more people should grow them as they are a wonderful plant.

On our 2014 trip to Tassie, we passed through Launceston, but vowed to return because we didn't have enough time to do it justice! Now I can see some of what I missed! There WILL be a next time :D
