It must be sad for you to see this happening to your dad. You certainly are doing a good job to help him stay out of a home. I agree that it is more comfortable for old people to stay in their home if it is possible. You are an angel.diane bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12002292118984909883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8918426219308228672.post-40715226539747716902014-03-05T23:31:50.813+11:002014-03-05T23:31:50.813+11:00In this country it's not all children's du...In this country it's not all children's duty to care for their parents, it's not our culture.
It's just that some do and some don't care for their parents.
I care for my dad because it's my nature to want to care.Margaret Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14074619859060647600noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8918426219308228672.post-30246700082005041042014-03-05T23:29:20.657+11:002014-03-05T23:29:20.657+11:00Thanks Linda.

So i meet them occasionally but daily have a conversation with them in phone.
Your father must be so proud of you because you are helping him well in his needs.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8918426219308228672.post-90719552704275349312014-03-05T13:39:37.900+11:002014-03-05T13:39:37.900+11:00What a heartwarming post...and thank you so much f...What a heartwarming post...and thank you so much for sharing this! I am also an only child. My mother had four miscarriages, then a son (Richard) in 1950. Sadly, my parents lost Richard as well, to bronchiole pneumonia at the tender age of 7 months. I was born in 1956...and it was just two months short of my mother's 41st birthday! I think both you and your father are blessed to have one another, and I am absolutely certain your father is very proud of you. Your father is blessed to have a caring and loving daughter to help him and I'm thankful for the outside help and friends he has too. Does he like to listen to music or books on tape? I certainly will pray for both you and your Dad. May God richly bless you both.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8918426219308228672.post-86189294859965153882014-03-05T00:31:40.977+11:002014-03-05T00:31:40.977+11:00I am glad to hear your dad has a good sense of hum...I am glad to hear your dad has a good sense of humor and a wonderful daughter such as you.
He sounds like a wonderful man .Willowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02507537074005136610noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8918426219308228672.post-65302677919065122572014-03-05T00:15:09.894+11:002014-03-05T00:15:09.894+11:00Oh M you are such a good daughter it is so nice to...Oh M you are such a good daughter it is so nice to hear about your Dad and how well he is doing on his own but how much help he has to continue to live in his own home.
