porcelain is okay...I do love the sharper highlights though
I prefer the normal photo for the trees, porcelain is alright for a change though.
Love the winding road!
Very windy, most road are up there in Cairns when going up the hills/mountains.
What lovely photos
Those winding roads are sooooo evocative.
I expect they can be and lots of them up there in the Cairns area..
wow I love your trees
Rather nice ones they are...they lead to a rain forest.
I think I'd vote for the "normal" in this case--- But the important thing is for you to have fun and use the tools that let you show what you want. Editing tools are no different than a painter's tools-- brushes, spatulas, knives, etc.
I'm with you on the normal this time...but had to show the two so we all had something to compare.Yes, editing is what we each prefer and we are all different.
Tropical Far North Queensland personified! :)
Winding road for sure. Looks a bit like the road up to the Atherton Tablelandsand the Barron River Falls. ????The rail trip up is fantastic and then the cable car trip back - you need good nerves for that one, but it is so spectacular. The views of the city of Cairns and the surrounds, plus the view out towards the reef. To be seen to be really appreciated.I presume you have on your travels up there done the train / cable car combo?CheersColinPS: Progressing OK for move to glorious Terrigal. Just the removalists mob to contact me.
Neither of those places Colin, it was the road to Morris Lake but all are windy.Didn't go on the cable but we went up in our vehicle which we preferred to do. Plenty of lovely views to be seen up those windy roads.Well you certainly have got things in order then!
Thank you for sharing these great picture. Looking forward to more
You are welcome.
Happy Holidays, M-w.
Merry Christmas Sandra.
Winding roads always give me a sense of adventure - I want to find out where they lead to.
Well I'm very much like that when you can see around the corner..
It is beautiful, the road that leads, to the park. The plant is full of life.I wish you a happy Christmas.Kisses

The green leaves are vivid. I love the atmosphere of a forest, too.
Lovely tropical forest it was - helps keep it cool.
