The View from Inside.

The view from the Private Room in the Private Hospital where my dad is....even though he can't see the view, I can and took the photos from inside the room through the window.
It's the view over looking part of Launceston, Tasmania.

St. Lukes was founded in 1900.

That building is called, Barclay House and is part of the Hospital. Part of below too.

A house across the road. It's an older area of Launceston and the houses vary from rather large to small.  I hope to get more photos of the houses soon.

  2. It's great idea what types of house you have. In my opinion houses are lovely and different from houses in my country. But I am jealous of greenery which you have all year round. Your place is a paradise for me. Yesterday I read on the Internet about Tasmania beautiful place to live. ...

  3. Hello,

Well, it is a very fine view indeed. So good to have the pictures and to share them with your father so that he can share with you the scenes beyond the window.

The architecture of the houses looks to be most intriguing.

The houses are very different to what I have seen in other parts of the world via the Internet.

    1. Thank you Rosemary. Dad is doing ok I expect. About every 3 days he becomes a little more weaker, but still can converse well.
Wonderful views. I always like to see the sky with clouds if possible.
      Regards,
      Margaret

  6. It doesn't look like a hospital outside, and the view is so pretty with the mountains in the distance.

    1. I will have to take a photo of the front of the hospital but I can imagine it looks very different to American Hospitals.

  11. It is nice to see the area where you are. I would describe the views of what I could see with my mother. Toward the end of her life, she began to describe TO ME what I believe to be glimpses of Heaven.
