Australian Meringue.

Meringues are sometimes called a Pavola, we usually refer to them as a Meringue.  We are having a fad for these since Christmas and instead of me making one I buy one already made, where by artificial sweetener is used instead of 'sugar' if I were to make one at home.
They are very easy to make, and each person finds their own recipe which works for them.
I put on top whipped cream with strawberries, sometimes kiwi fruit or a banana.

  1. That looks mouthwatering - but I am trying very hard not to eat things like that.

    1. I make then ok, but too much sugar, so that is why I bought one.
We have eaten that many strawberries this season and I will look like one soon :)

    2. strawberries are good to eat and won't do you any harm. they are full of good stuff. i love them. i bought a strawberry huller (stem remover) the other day and thought it might not work very well but it's fantastic. $2.00 at kmart well spent. :)

    1. Have no idea Diane, but the only fattening thing on that Meringue is the cream :)
